- Project commencement will only occur after the agreed advance payment is made.
- Payments must be completed as per the milestone schedule outlined in the agreement.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.
- Approvals, Permissions & Legal Compliance
- The client is responsible for obtaining necessary government approvals, permits, NOCs, and legal clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- MFINIX adheres to all applicable building norms, safety standards, and construction regulations as required in Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
- Materials & Specifications
- Materials used will match the specifications mentioned in the contract.
- Any changes requested by the client—materials, finishes, layouts, or design—must be approved in writing and may involve additional cost and extended timelines.
- Project Timelines
- The project schedule is estimated based on normal working conditions.
- Delays caused by weather, government regulations, supply chain issues, design modifications, payment delays, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of MFINIX.
- Revised timelines, if required, will be communicated.
- Warranties & Quality Assurance
- We ensure quality workmanship across all services.
- Material warranties (if any) will be provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.
- MFINIX is not liable for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party interventions, or natural wear and tear.
- Third-Party Services
If external vendors or specialists are required, MFINIX may recommend trusted partners. However, MFINIX is not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party services unless contracted directly through us.
- Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, plans, concepts, 3D renders, layouts, and creative assets developed by MFINIX remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
- Website Usage
- All website content—including text, graphics, images, designs, and branding—is the property of MFINIX.

Our liability is strictly limited to the terms stated in the signed project agreement.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the project contract with written notice.
- All completed work and pending payments must be settled before termination takes effect.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the High Court in Chennai.
- Updates to Terms
MFINIX reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
